Power On Tests Only (POTO)
The equipment has been verified that all parts that are required within that ship group are present but the machine has been powered on only. No Guarantees other than the machine has been powered on. We would indicate if the reason is due to a fault with the Goods, no time to test due to Value of the Goods, or Cosmetics is a major failure (No Manuals or Cables Unless Specified).
Tested Working/Un cleaned. (TWU)
With the Volumes that Complete Care process it is not always possible, especially on bulks orders, for equipment to be cleaned due to time and resources. The equipment has been fully tested working, tested part by part with various tests using different testing software’s and has all parts required for the ship group. Cosmetics would be in good condition but used and uncleaned. (Pictures always available on request) (No Manuals unless specified).
Refurbished
The equipment is in Grade A Condition therefore is suitable for; i.e. Computer Shop Display for sale. The products have been fully refurbished to the quality of retail and to be packaged for retail. Equipment would have some sign of use but no Tags, Marks, Scratches, Discolouring etc.
Ex-Demo / Open Box / As New
Equipment has generally only ever been powered on for Demos or very little use from new. Equipment still has all original packaging and Cables and details as New. Equipment would come with remainder of the Manufacturers warranty and will be as said in the Sales Order. Even after the Manufacturers warranty it can be extended to incorporate Complete's CCC Warranty.
Brand New
Equipment has been sourced new, normally from one of our Business Partner Manufacturers at a less list discount price and therefore has the full warranty of the manufacturer. Details of the Manufacturers warranty are available on Request or at the time of your purchase.

TWU - Full Complete Warranty (30-90 Days RTB)
Refurbished - Full Complete Warranty (30-365 Days)
Ex-Demo / Open Box / As New - Full Complete Warranty / Part Manufacturing Warranty (1-5Years)
Brand New - Full Manufacturing Warranty (3Years +)

As we frequently sell equipment to maintenance companies, we often have equipment that is for parts use only as it has failed certain tests. We also have equipment that is in Grade A condition and is New, Ex-Demo or Open Box.
